*When baton form is used, cut the top of the cake for 1 cm deep at the 15th minute of the baking.
Electrical mini oven: 160°C (previously heated)
Turbo oven: 170°C (previously heated)
Butter the baking form.
Put the flour mixture into beating bowl and add egg, oil and water in it.
Beat with the mixer on low speed at first, and at high speed later for 3 minutes.
Take the dough into the form and fix its top.
Take the form to the middle shelf of the oven and bake at the specified time.
Cut the top of the cake for 1 cm deep at the 15th minute of the baking and continue baking.
Baking duration: 45-55 minutes
Leave the cake to get cold for 10 minutes after taking it off from the oven.
Take the cake out of the form and leave it to rest.
Slice and serve it.
